Important Information

 

Consultation:

Please allow an additional 15 minutes on top of your FIRST treatment to fill in your consultation form.

Tinting:

For tinting or lash treatments a patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to a treatment.

Express treatments:

Express treatments are offered for those with limited time - please enquire.

Late arrival:

Please be advised that any late arrivals will be deducted off your treatment time but the full advertised price will be charged to allow us to maintain our schedule for all clients that day.

Cancellations:

Please give at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling or a 50% will be charged. Persistent cancellations will result in prepayment for subsequent bookings.

Gift vouchers:

Vouchers are available - Please contact us for details. They will have a one year expiry date and CANNOT be extended after the date has passed. All vouchers are non-refundable once issued. Vouchers cannot be used between the dates 15th December - January 03rd inclusive.

Bespoke Aromatherapy:

Bespoke Aromatherapy is oils that are individually blended at the time of your treatment that suit both your psychological and psyhiological requirements. We do not believe in pre-blended oils that suit 'everyone' - because everyone is an individual in their own right.  

Products:

All our products are certified organic and natural. They do not contain sulphates, additives, mineral oils, lanolin, parabens, SLS, colours or propylene.

Treatment room etiquette:

Any person male or female receiving a treatment must behave in a respectful manner as inappropriate behaviour towards a therapist will NOT be tolerated.

Quiet Zone:

Whilst receiving your treatment we ask that the area is a quiet 'techno free' zone - please ensure that all mobile phones are turned off as not to disrupt your relaxing treatment.

Polite notes:

Due to Health and Safety regulations children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted to have treatments without an adult present throughout the treatment.

Loyalty scheme:

Complete 8 treatments over the value of £160 (minimum treatment charge of £20 applies) and receive a £40 credit to be used on any one future treatment (9th treatment).

Recommend a friend for a treatment (over £20 value) and upon completion of their treatment you will receive a free loyalty stamp.

All loyalty cards are kept with your consultations cards and stamped after every visit. Please feel free to keep a record of your appointments too.
